Background information

Soy beans, belonging to the family of pulses, are known as source of high-quality protein. The  legumes are rich in vital amino acids, vitamins, polyunsaturated fatty acids as well as cell protection micronutrients, such as folic acid and selenium. Those are accompanied by essential minerals  such as calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc. Due to their prebiotic  properties, dietary fibres provide for  a healthy digestion. 

Fennel is an old cultivated plant which is nowadays used as vegetable, spice and medicinal plant. Shrimps like fennel, too. The tuber contains many tasty and beneficial ingredients, such as essential oils, minerals (calcium, magnesium, potassium), vitamins (A, B, C, folic acid) as well as secondary phytochemicals. The leaves of the “wonder tree“ Moringa oleifera are true “power leaves“. Even as single leaves, they are devoured with great appetite.
